Nichols Milling Machines

In 1989 Allen purchased the assets of the Nichols Milling Machine product lines. Today Allen still has the ability to manufacture new machines but also has the technical and service support to rebuild, remanufacture and provide replacement parts for all of the existing machines. The Nichols product line includes Standard and Rise & Fall Twin Mills, Manual Horizontal Knee Type Mills - (Standard Model and Tool Room Model), Semi-Automatic and Production Milling Machines with tables up to 36".

Purolator_No_Background.jpg (106028 bytes) Shown here is a model 8SA Semi-Automatic horizontal mill. This particular machine is in a work cell of three identical machines each with an automatic indexing chuck. The application is gear pointing.
